Purchasing and Population Management
Navigating the waters of purchasing can be very tricky, but the tools we'll see today, aimed at both employer and employee education, make it easier than ever before. In the same vein, managing a group of employees, especially with the changes coming October 1st, can be just as murky but we think we found some people who can help make sense of it all.
Wellness Programs and Incentive Tools
Once thought of as a rare employee perk, wellness programs and incentivizing tools are almost everywhere, as employers try to take a proactive role in the health of their employees.
We’re going to look at how technology is changing the workplace and enabling employers to take a proactive role in the health of their employees. From the integration of Wellness 2.0 tools into health benefits to guiding employees in their health care decisions, Health 2.0 tools are helping employees look at and purchase care in a different way. We’ll also hear from innovative employers who are thinking outside the box regarding health and wellness services.
