We are only days away from the Health 2.0 Europe conference in Paris on April 6-7. These additional details and information that will help things go smoothly and ensure that everyone has a great experience during the packed two day event. PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY!!! It’s not short, but it’ll save you time in the long run.
LOCATION: The Health 2.0 Europe Conference is being held in the Maison International at the Cite Universitaire de Paris. (The address is 17, boulevard Jourdan, Maison International, Paris, 75014). The main conference room will be the Salle Adanauer for all main panels, sponsored Deep Dives and breakout sessions. The Salle Honnorat (which is opposite the Salle Adaneur) will host the Exhibit Hall which also holds all meals and coffee breaks.
DIRECTIONS: There is a RER/Metro station across the street for the Universitaire. You can see a map of the university here with the RER station at the bottom. To get from the RER to the Maison International, walk across Boulevard Jourdan and proceed under the archway. The Maison International is the large building directly in front of you, you’ll find that there is an art display in the main entrance so you will have to enter to the right — there’ll be signs directing you to Health 2.0 Europe.
TO GET THERE:
From Central Paris or both Orly and CDG Airport, we recommend taking the RER (the B line) to the Cite Universitaire stop.
If you are staying at the Hotel Montparnasse: We highly recommend that you take a cab, which is about a 10 minute ride; tell the driver you want Cite Universitaire on Boulevard Jourdan. If you would like to take the Metro it is a 15 minute walk to the Denfert-Rochereau RER station. Take Line B toward Orsay-Ville, go 1 stop and get off at Cite Universaitaire.
If you are staying at the Ideal Hotel: Take Tram number 3 located immediately outside, in the direction of Porte D’Ivry (which is going left when you’re walking out of the hotel), go 2 stops and get off at Cite Universaitaire.
Parking is extremely limited on site, there is also a pay parking lot (car park) at 2 Boulevard Jourdan, which is a 10 minute walk from the Cite Universitaire. If you need to park at the venue, please contact us so we can try to reserve a spot for you.
