Wen Dombrowski catalyzes innovation and getting stuff done by connecting people, ideas, and resources. She leads a Networking 101 session at HxRefactored, proving that there is much more to a successful digital health tool than the application itself.
John is co-founder of ConnectedHealth, which creates private exchanges for employers, and consumer advisory services for health plans. John’s probably here because his colleague Ann Mond Johnson (who we had at our recent Boston meeting and was with him at Sachs and Subimo) is on another extended world tour.
Joe Kvedar, Director, Center for Connected Health
Deep within Partners HealthCare, Joe has been creating a new model of healthcare delivery by moving care from the hospital or doctor’s office into the day-to-day lives of patients. In his spare time he also co-founded Healthrageous, a personalized health technology company based on the technology developed at the Center. Joe has probably already published a study on most of the innovative ideas you’ll ever have, two years before you have them. It’s okay – just go with it and the next time you think, “wouldn’t it be cool if…” search ‘Kvedar’ on PUBMED and save yourself some serious R&D.
We sat down with individuals who have entered the Health 2.0 space for a second or third time with new start-ups. Hear how they are taking knowledge and observations from their first experience and using it this time around.
