HopeLab – Increase Physical Activity in Tweens

Richard Tate, Director, HopeLab

Hopelab was started by Pam Omidyar of eBay pez dispenser fame, who designed its famous (and clinically validated) Re-Mission childhood cancer education game. Richard, who runs Hopelab’s public outreach, is here to show us a sneak preview of Zamzee, which aims to increase physical activity in tweens. Richard’s day job is a far cry from his role in corporate PR for Chiron, but it might remind him of one his editorial jobs at Buzz or The Advocate.
