Sensors and Tracking: Quantifying the Self and Listening to your Body

This session invites some of the latest trackers and wearable sensors to demonstrate how enhanced monitoring of the heart rate, steps, and breath can lead to a healthier life.

OM Signal – Sensors & Tracking: Quantifying the Self & Listening to Your Body

OM Signal is developing biosensor clothing that monitors your heart rate, mood, breathing, activity, and your ECG in real time. Currently OM Signal has produced and is testing their lifestyle shirt which you wear at the gym, while you’re at work, and during sleep. Information collected from the shirt can then be shared with your trainer, doctor, or family members to encourage an empowered and prevention based healthy lifestyle.
